2012 Changes to Canada Pension Plan

Starting in 2012, did you know that if you are still working between the ages of 65 and 70 and collecting C.P.P., you will continue to contribute to C.P.P. through payroll deductions? You can elect not to contribute, however you must complete an opt out form and send to Service Canada.
For additional information on this topic, be sure to check out the Changes to Canada Pension Plan (CPP) on the Service Canada website. You can also contact us if you would like to receive more information on this.
