The Infinity Program offered through the Kingston Construction Association provides members with a group benefits program that can include the following;

  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance amounts ranging from $25,000 up to 2 times an employees annual income.
  • Dependant Life insurance providing coverage for your spouse, common-law spouse and eligible children under the age of 21. (26 if attending school full-time)
  • Long Term Disability insurance which protects employees 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.  Covers accidents and illnesses and can provide a gross monthly benefit equal to approximately 60% of your employees gross income.
  • Critical Illness insurance which pays an employee a lump-sum payment if they have been diagnosed with 1 of 21 different critical conditions.  Payments are received tax-free and can be used for whatever the employee wants.
  • Extended Health, Pay-Direct Drugs, Vision and Out of Country benefits with payment options ranging from 70% to 100% of eligible expenses.  Design a plan specifically for your company and your employees.
  • Dental insurance with payment options from 70% to 100% of eligible expenses, with options to cover basic dental, cleanings & filling, crowns, bridges, root canals and in some instance orthodontics (braces).
  • Employee Assistance Programs which provide your employees with an on-line and fully confidential counselling service.  This is available to employees and their dependants and can be used 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
  • Health and Wellness Portals including many tools which employees can access to monitor their health.
  • Preferred Pharmacy Arrangements offering discounted pricing on prescription drugs which ultimately saves money for the business owner and your employees.
  • On-line plan administration including the ability for employees to submit their claims electronically through their PC or their mobile device.
  • Alternative Funding Arrangements can also be offered including Administrative Services Only (ASO), Health Spending Accounts (HCSA), Private Health Spending Plans (PHSP) , Refund Accounting and Modified Retention.
